Colonel (Ret.) Todd Harmer is a senior defense, aviation, and national security adviser with extensive experience across U.S. Air Force operations, congressional affairs, and international defense policy. A retired U.S. Air Force colonel, Harmer commanded the 33rd Fighter Wing and later served in senior legislative and liaison roles, including with the Air Force House Liaison Office and as military legislative assistant to U.S. Senator Saxby Chambliss. He has also served as Senior Vice President at American Defense International and as a defense adviser in the Gulf region.
