Engineer Al Qiasy worked in Iraq for the United States government for a decade, he was part of the U.S. advisory team to three Iraqi Ministers of Defense between 2008 and 2014, with the last position he held being the advisor to Senior Iraqi Ministry of Defense’s Officials. After leaving government service in 2014, he was hired by a European defense company to supervise the implementation of almost $200M in contracts with the Iraqi Ministry of Defense.
